Hello, my name is Angela and I’m sure that it comes as no surprise for you to hear that I’m proud to say that Jabberjacks are now South Derbyshire’s best loved children’s birthday party entertainment and baby and toddler activity class provider!
I began my Jabberjacks career in 2015 as a Birthday Party Leader for the Leicestershire & Rutland franchise whilst studying at Leicester’s De Montfort University. I’m very much a people person and love children, so working part-time as a childrens entertainer suited me and fitted perfectly with my studies.
After completing my formal education and graduating with a BA Honours Degree in Dance, I decided that I was ready to take on the next stage in my life and having loved Jabberjacks so much, I decided to buy the Jabberjacks South Derbyshire Franchise, delivering fun and exciting kids parties for girls and boys aged 2-7, children’s nursery sessions and regular developmental activity classes for toddlers.
We also have a programme of activities for the provision of SEN support for schools - so if you’re a South Derbyshire school that provides children’s education at Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, I would be delighted to hear from you.

Jabberjacks Playmates birthday parties for 2,3 and 4 year olds use a combination of puppets, colourful props and music to provide that special birthday party for your child.
Jabberjacks Juniors birthday parties are ideal for 5,6 and 7 year olds and we play lots of games and win prizes, dancing along to the latest pop tracks.
We can tailor the party to suit individual needs or themes and as well as our children’s birthday parties in Derbyshire, we can also offer party entertainment at christenings, weddings and other family occasions.

Activity Classes for Toddlers & Mother and Baby Groups
Jabberjacks Classes for toddlers are not only fun but also educational and developmental. Specifically designed around the Early Years Foundation Stage learning principles, they develop the social and physical skills of babies from 6 months to toddlers up to 4 years old.
By using a unique combination of puppets and traditional music, against a backdrop of drama and play, our highly skilled EYFS early years practioners make sure that all of the activities delivered in their parent, toddler, mother and baby groups are both stimulating and interactive.

Jabberjacks Nursery Sessions are designed to effectively support the four themes and associated principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
For over 15 years we have been delivering our EYFS nursery sessions into private nurseries, playgroups, Sure Start children’s centres and other pre-school environments, providing additional support to the curriculum with a unique format that has been welcomed by Early Years practitioners.
